R. Randy Lee

The Leewood group of companies was founded in 1967 by workforce housing pioneer R. Randy Lee, Chief Executive Officer.  As a lawyer, developer, and builder, Mr. Lee has delivered more than 5,000 affordable and market rate homes throughout New York City with 1,000 more in various stages of pre-development and construction.  Mr. Lee's professional commitment to client satisfaction, construction quality, and product value has earned Leewood a hard-won reputation as one of the Metropolitan area's most outstanding builder/developers.  Mr. Lee is active with many local and national Boards and committees and his accomplishments have been featured in numerous publications including the New York Times, Daily News, Builder Magazine, and Real Estate Weekly.

Michael R. Fink

LeewoodNJ President, Michael R. Fink, a second generation home builder and developer, oversees all aspects of the New Jersey division.  Michael received the New Jersey Builder of the Year award in 1994 as well as numerous other awards for quality warranty service and design.  He is a past president of the New Jersey Builders Association and a past National Vice-President of the National Association of Home Builders.  He currently serves on the Executive Committee of both organizations and has a depth of experience in housing policy issues in NJ and on a national level.
