Leewood Renaissance at Franklin will feature up to 209 homes starting at $99,990.00.
Every home in this new community will feature energy efficient appliances, fully equipped
kitchens and bathrooms, ample off-street parking, attractive green spaces, and pedestrian
access from the community to the recreation facilities of Naaman Williams Park.
Phases A1 and B2 of the community consisting of the first 40 homes, has received final
land use approvals from Franklin Township. Construction is expected to start in early 2010.
